Job description

As a member of the Growth & Product Marketing team, you will work closely with our GTM, Marketing and Product teams to shape how Liftoff positions itself in a competitive and fast-moving market. You will lead the strategic development of how we translate new product features into must-have mobile marketing products via sales collateral and marketing campaigns that effectively train internal teams and resonate with our target market. Most importantly, you'll be the link that ensures the product we build resonates with the people we're building it for.

Responsibilities

  • Domain expertise: deep knowledge of the adtech ecosystem, including programmatic buying, DSP mechanics, measurement, and the broader performance marketing landscape
  • Define and own Liftoff's product positioning and messaging architecture across the advertising product portfolio
  • Design and execute product marketing campaigns that highlight Liftoff's industry-leading ad tech innovation 
  • Own the sales enablement motion end-to-end for our advertising product, including messaging briefs, pitch decks, one-pagers and more
  • Partner with Marketing to integrate product elements into marketing strategies (including narratives for content and events), ensuring consistency and quality across campaigns, channels, and regions
  • Partner with Growth managers on go-to-market plans & execution for new products and features, from positioning and messaging through cross-functional coordination, launch timing and post-launch performance tracking 
  • Drive market intelligence efforts, synthesizing competitor product positioning and industry trends into actionable strategic recommendations to up-level our external narratives 
  • Build successful relationships with key stakeholders on both the commercial and technical sides of the business; manage a schedule that allows you to engage with employees from all key three regions - North & South America, Europe and Asia 
  • Translate complex technical products and features into compelling, differentiated messaging - producing high-quality materials across the full content spectrum, including emails, blogs, case studies, landing pages, one-sheeters, and sales enablement.
  • Apply an analytical and data-first approach to product marketing activities:

Requirements

  • 10+ years of hands-on product marketing experience in the ad tech industry, preferably mobile ad tech
  • Proven track record of building, driving, and measuring product marketing campaigns across multiple channels and regions
  • A well-rounded portfolio of product marketing work demonstrating both strategic thinking and executional excellence
  • Exceptional copywriting and storytelling skills, with strong editorial judgment and the ability to set the quality bar for others
  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to lead multiple high-complexity initiatives simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
  • Operates independently at senior IC level. Owns a workstream from brief to measurement without needing it managed.
  • Comfortable using AI tools as a real part of daily workflow, not as a novelty
  • Experience with WordPress and Hubspot, or similar tools

Location:

This role is eligible for full-time remote work in one of our entities: CA, CO, ID, IL, FL, GA, MA, MI, MN, MO, NJ, NV, NY, OR, PA, TX, UT, and WA.

We are a remote-first company with US hubs in Redwood City, Los Angeles, and New York City.

Travel Expectations:

We offer several opportunities for in-person team gatherings, including but not limited to project meetings, regional meetups, and company-wide events. We expect our employees to attend these gatherings at least once per quarter. These gatherings provide essential opportunities for collaboration, communication, and team building.

Compensation:

Liftoff offers all employees a full compensation package that includes equity and health/vision/dental benefits associated with your country of residence. Base compensation will vary based on candidate location and experience.

The following are our base salary ranges for multiple levels:

  • SF Bay Area, NYC, Los Angeles/Orange County, Seattle: $153,000 - $180,000 plus bonus
  • All other CA cities, Portland, All other WA cities, Denver, Austin, Boston: $141,000 - $165,000 plus bonus 
  • All other cities and towns in our approved states: $132,000 - $154,000 plus bonus
