Job description

KTVZ News is seeking a Content Creator who is passionate about local journalism and storytelling. This position plays a key role in delivering accurate, compelling, and timely content across both our television broadcasts and digital platforms. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced newsroom, enjoys collaborating with fellow team members and is committed to serving Central Oregon with impactful local news.
As a Content Creator, you will manage and showcase content during LIVE newscasts while creating, writing, editing, and publishing stories for KTVZ.com and our social media channels. You will produce content while ensuring our on-air and digital presentations are accurate, engaging, and visually compelling. This role requires strong editorial judgment, exceptional organizational skills, and the ability to work efficiently under tight deadlines while maintaining the highest journalistic standards.
Above all, we're looking for a motivated journalist who is passionate about informing the community through accurate, engaging, and impactful local storytelling.
This is not an on-air reporting position.
