Their role typically involves traveling (or researching travel), documenting their journeys, and sharing insights to inspire or inform audiences. To thrive as a Remote Travel Content Creator, you need strong storytelling, photography/videography, and content editing skills, often backed by experience in social media management or digital marketing. Proficiency with editing software like Adobe Creative Suite, content management systems (CMS) such as WordPress, and a solid understanding of SEO are typically required. Creativity, adaptability, and excellent communication skills help you engage diverse audiences and work effectively with brands and collaborators. These skills ensure high-quality, engaging content that attracts followers and sustains professional partnerships in a competitive digital landscape.

About the Company
We are a premium, sell-side advisory firm specializing in the valuation, positioning, and strategic sale of music rights catalogs.
The company works with artists, songwriters, producers, publishers, and rights holders globally, helping them maximize the value of their intellectual property through private, curated transactions.
About the Role
We are looking for a Social Media & Content Creator to elevate our brand presence and communicate our unique positioning in the music rights advisory space.
This role is ideal for someone who understands both content strategy and execution, and who can translate complex, high-value financial and music industry concepts into compelling, digestible content.
Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a social media strategy aligned with TSB's premium positioning
  • Create high-quality, engaging content (posts, short-form videos, carousels, etc.) for platforms like LinkedIn, Instagram, and potentially TikTok
  • Translate complex topics (music rights, catalog valuation, transactions) into clear and engaging narratives
  • Manage day-to-day social media operations (posting, scheduling, engagement)
  • Collaborate with the founder/team to extract insights and turn them into content
  • Maintain a consistent brand voice: premium, strategic, and authoritative
  • Monitor performance and optimize content based on analytics

Requirements

  • Fluent in English (written and spoken) - must be able to create content at a native or near-native level
  • Strong understanding of content trends, storytelling, and digital positioning
  • Experience creating content for B2B, premium brands, or professional services is a strong plus
  • Experience or familiarity with the music industry (artists, publishing, rights, etc.) is highly preferred
  • Ability to work independently and bring creative ideas to the table

Nice to Have
  • Experience working with music, entertainment, or IP-related companies
  • Basic understanding of finance, investments, or asset-based businesses
  • Skills in video editing and design tools (e.g., Adobe Suite, CapCut, Canva)

What We're Looking For
  • A creative thinker who can also operate strategically
  • Someone who understands how to build a premium, trust-driven brand online
  • A proactive profile who can own the content function end-to-end
