Job description

Tiugo is the company behind CKEditor, TinyMCE, Uploadcare, and ButterCMS: developer tools that power rich content creation inside thousands of applications worldwide. Our primary audience is the builder, the developer architecting an application that needs an embedded, enterprise-grade content and AI layer, where governance, compliance, and control are not nice-to-haves but hard requirements. Behind every one of our products is a genuinely good story about solving exactly that problem well. Most of the world hasn't heard it yet.
The person we're looking for
We're looking to build a world-class growth marketing team that wakes up obsessing over ways to better engage our ICP. All in service of driving product adoption and high-quality conversations for our sales team.
To accomplish this, we need to create and deliver experiences that speak the languages of both our end users (developers) and decision makers (technical leaders at major enterprises).
  • You are highly effective at reaching and influencing decision makers every day. Mainly through the creation and distribution of excellent digital content that clearly shows why our products are worth trying and adopting at scale.
  • You are passionate about effective content creation, all forms of digital media, and discovering fresh ways to engage an audience of developers and product leaders all over the world.

If the thought of working with product leaders, developers, and other world-class marketers to create rich forms of content that are simultaneously creative, technical, and credible excites you...this might be the perfect role for you!
Where you sit
This is an individual contributor role reporting into the head of our Growth Marketing organization. You'll collaborate closely with brand-focused marketing pods-including product marketing, developer relations, and the product team-while owning digital content creation projects end-to-end. As a hands-on creator, you'll take content from concept through production and distribution.
What you'll do
  • Reach and influence our ICP every day by creating and distributing highly engaging, technical, and credible content that developers and product leaders find truly delightful.
  • Translate technical products into compelling stories-choosing the right format, the best channels, and packaged in creative ways for maximum reach.
  • Experiment with video, audio, interactive, and social-first formats, exploring new platforms and creative approaches to engage our audience.
  • Work with influencers in the space to amplify our reach and influence across our ICP.
  • Keep us modern and active on the most effective channels at reaching people in 2026.

Who you are
  • 2+ years hands-on experience creating rich digital content and executing on digital channels.
  • A versatile, mixed-media creator who is comfortable moving between different types of content, and understands how to choose the right format for the story and the audience.
  • Confident with modern content creation and editing tools-able to take an idea from a rough concept through filming, editing, packaging to publishing polished content.
  • Comfortable on camera and behind it.
  • A genuinely high bar for what excellent content looks and feels like. Deep fluency in digital culture and distribution, and how content behaves across channels.
  • Ability to partner with technical product leaders and translate complex topics into clear, simple, engaging storylines.

Why Join Tiugo
Our people are a huge part of what makes Tiugo a great place to work! Aside from a great team, some of our benefits include:
  • Extra paid leave and dedicated funds to pursue personal development (up to 5 days and $1500 a year based on tenure)
  • Competitive medical, retirement and PTO benefits
  • Fully remote work environment
  • Access to a mental health and wellbeing platform with 24/7 dedicated psychological support, and targeted programs to promote wellness
