To thrive as a Remote Church Video Production Specialist, you need expertise in video editing, live streaming, camera operation, and a foundational knowledge of audio-visual technology, often supported by experience or a related degree. Familiarity with software and platforms such as OBS, Wirecast, Adobe Premiere Pro, and church-specific streaming tools is typically required. To address these challenges, it's important to establish clear communication channels (like Slack or Zoom), set up regular check-ins, and use reliable project management tools to keep everyone aligned. Having backup plans for technical issues and sharing best practices for remote production can also help ensure smooth operations.
