Role Overview:
A leading real estate digital media company is seeking a Social Media Content Creator for a part-time remote contract engagement. The role is focused on producing social-first video content and data-driven graphics to drive brand visibility and audience engagement across major social platforms including TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, X, and Threads.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create short-form videos and data-driven graphics tailored for TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and other social platforms

  • Distill long-form content and articles into engaging, digestible social media posts

  • Optimize content format, tone, and style for each platform's audience

  • Monitor and leverage social media trends, sounds, memes, and cultural moments to generate relevant content ideas

  • Write hooks, captions, and on-screen copy optimized for engagement and shareability

  • Contribute fresh content ideas to support content diversification efforts

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Proven experience creating social-first content including video and graphics

  • Strong understanding of social media platforms and what content performs best on each

  • Social Media Marketing expertise
