• Conduct remote individual therapy sessions using our secure online platform, ensuring a comfortable experience for clients.
• Collaborate with clients to assess their needs and develop personalized treatment plans that align with their mental health goals.
• Continuously monitor client progress and modify treatment interventions as necessary to achieve the best outcomes.
• Maintain thorough and accurate clinical documentation of all client interactions, treatment plans, and progress notes in our electronic health record system.
• Engage with interdisciplinary teams, including other mental health professionals and support staff, to ensure comprehensive and holistic client care.
• Uphold ethical and legal standards in all aspects of mental health service provision, adhering to best practices within the field.

Your role will involve working primarily with clients experiencing a range of mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and stress-related concerns. You will engage with individuals from various backgrounds, providing culturally competent care that respects and acknowledges their unique experiences and perspectives. • A Bachelor's degree in counseling, social work, psychology, or a closely related field is required.
• Active licensure as a mental health therapist in your state, such as:
  • Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)
  • Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC)
  • Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
  • Licensed Psychologist (PsyD)

• At least two years of experience providing individual therapy in a clinical or community setting.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, fostering positive therapeutic relationships and collaboration.
