• Deliver exceptional, evidence-based therapy services to a diverse clientele, using scientifically supported modalities that best fit each client's needs.
• Conduct comprehensive assessments and formulate tailored treatment plans that address the unique needs and goals of each client.
• Facilitate various forms of therapy sessions, including individual, couples, and family therapy, ensuring a holistic approach to mental health care.

• Maintain meticulous and accurate clinical documentation in compliance with regulatory requirements, ensuring all client interactions and treatment details are well recorded.

Therapists will work with a broad and diverse range of clients facing various mental health challenges. Our client population includes individuals dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and other mental health conditions. • A Master's degree or higher in counseling, psychology, social work, or a similar field is required.
• Candidates must possess a valid and unrestricted professional license issued by the State Board of Texas to provide independent therapy (e.g., LPC, LCSW, LMFT, or PsyD).

• Prior experience in a clinical outpatient setting is advantageous.
• Familiarity with various therapeutic modalities and techniques will be beneficial.

Value Health Care Counseling Center offers a competitive salary range of $80,000 to $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition to financial compensation, we provide our counselors with:
