As a Licensed Mental Health Therapist at Everlife, you will be entrusted with the following key responsibilities:

• Provide evidence-based therapy services to a diverse clientele, using a variety of therapeutic modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, and family systems therapy.
• Conduct thorough initial assessments to inform individualized treatment plans tailored to each client's unique needs and goals.
• Facilitate therapy sessions, whether individual, couple, or family-focused, with an emphasis on creating a safe and supportive environment.
• Collaborate with clients to set specific, measurable goals and regularly monitor their progress throughout the treatment process.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation in compliance with regulatory standards and company policies, utilizing our streamlined online platform for efficient record management.
• Participate in ongoing training sessions and team meetings to share best practices and continue developing your clinical skills.

To be considered for this role, applicants must meet the following qualifications:

• Hold a Master’s degree or higher in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field.
• Possess a full, unrestricted license as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW in the state of Georgia, enabling you to provide therapy independently and without supervision.

We value applicants who bring at least two years of experience as a mental health counselor or therapist, particularly those familiar with remote counseling practices and various therapeutic frameworks. Experience in collaborative treatment settings and proficiency with telehealth technologies is a plus.

Everlife offers a competitive salary range of USD 80,000 to 100,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition to salary, we provide a range of benefits including:
