• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to evaluate clients' mental health concerns, strengths, and available resources, tailoring each assessment to individual needs.
• Offer various therapeutic interventions, including individual, family, and group therapy sessions, employing evidence-based techniques such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and trauma-informed care.
• Develop and implement customized treatment plans that establish clear goals, therapeutic interventions, and strategies for measuring client progress.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary treatment team, which may include psychiatrists, psychologists, and other health professionals, to ensure holistic care and coordinated treatment efforts.
• Provide crisis intervention as needed, conducting risk assessment and safety planning to support clients in distress.
• Facilitate group therapy sessions and psychoeducational workshops aimed at fostering community support, education, and shared experiences among participants.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and records in compliance with legal and ethical standards, ensuring confidentiality and data integrity.
• Engage in ongoing professional development, participating in training sessions and supervision to enhance skills and stay current with best practices in social work.

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• Active state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) is required.

• Strong understanding of evidence-based therapeutic modalities and a commitment to integrating these into daily practice.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, enabling effective engagement with clients and collaboration with a diverse clinical team.

• Experience with diverse populations and an understanding of cultural competency in mental health services.
• Proficiency in conducting both individual and group therapy, particularly in virtual settings, using telehealth platforms effectively.
• Previous work with crisis intervention and trauma recovery methodologies will be highly considered.
