Our Enterprise Business team partners with our most strategic customers - organizations with 10,000+ employees - to deliver the full power of Salesforce. This role sells into Financial Services accounts, including Banking, Insurance, and Wealth & Asset Management. As an Enterprise Account Executive, you won't just sell AI agents - you'll work alongside them to accelerate revenue, build trusted customer relationships, and drive meaningful impact.

Responsibilities:
  • Build trusted relationships with key stakeholders and C-suite decision makers within assigned accounts, helping customers realize value from their Salesforce investments
  • Develop and drive long-term account strategy aligned to customer business objectives, coordinating internal Salesforce resources to meet their needs
  • Perform account planning in partnership with Prime and Cloud sales resources to ensure strategic alignment
  • Identify and develop new opportunities through warm leads and whitespace prospecting, driving growth within assigned accounts

Required Qualifications:
  • 7+ years of demonstrated success in full-cycle enterprise sales
  • Experience managing and growing one large, strategic account
  • Ability to lead and coordinate across a large extended team to drive outcomes
  • Strong executive presence with experience engaging C-suite decision makers

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Demonstrated progression in enterprise sales roles, with experience navigating complex, multi-stakeholder deals
  • Experience selling into Financial Services accounts (Banking, Insurance, or Wealth & Asset Management)
  • Familiarity with the Salesforce platform and Customer 360 solutions
  • Experience in competency-based selling; we evaluate experience across extracurricular leadership, military service, volunteer roles, and work history
