About the Role
We are looking for a Marketing Project Manager to join our team. In this role, you will lead cross-functional projects through execution, ensuring deliverables are completed on time, within scope, and aligned to business objectives. This is a high-impact position where you will partner closely with stakeholders, subject matter experts, to drive marketing project forward. You'll play a key role in managing schedules, risks, and resources, and keeping teams aligned and accountable. As part of a collaborative and fast-paced environment, you will partner with a diverse group of stakeholders to plan and deliver impactful marketing projects. In this role, you will drive alignment, optimize workflows, and streamline the execution of marketing projects to ensure successful outcomes.
This is a remote position, and you can work from home in most locations within the United States.
Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with internal and external partners to define project scope, establish timelines, and validate feasibility of requested due dates
  • Develop detailed project schedules, assign tasks, and monitor progress to ensure on-time delivery
  • Confirm availability and resource allocation to ensure projects can be executed without delays
  • Enter and maintain accurate project information, milestones, and documentation within Workfront and have exemplary attention to detail
  • Track project status and provide consistent updates through weekly reports, status meetings, and cross-team communication
  • Monitor project health, flag risks early, and propose actionable solutions to keep projects on schedule
  • Identify late or at-risk tasks, notify responsible team members, and escalate issues that may impact timelines
  • Communicate project priorities and upcoming workload with teams, including MLRC, to ensure awareness of materials requiring approval
  • Coordinate with MLR Coordinators to prepare and submit projects for review and approval cycles
  • Ensure all deliverables meet internal standards, compliance requirements, and production best practices
  • Request and collect final files from design partners once MLR approval is complete
  • Distribute approved assets to the appropriate recipients (e.g., internal partners, systems, vendors)
  • Complete release processes including release forms, regional distribution, and uploading into systems (DAM, BTC, etc.)

Required Qualifications
  • Minimum of 5 years experience as a Project Manager in an (creative) agency or internal (creative) agency type environment
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and manage accurate timelines, identify resources required to complete project, and ability to ensure spend aligns to investment plans
  • Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Workfront, MS Project)
  • Ability to manage multiple projects at the same time and ensure clear communication with cross-functional partners and key stakeholders
  • Ability to lead oneself and to influence others to achieve projected timelines
  • Ability to work in a team to forge relationships with peers and partners
  • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional partners and resolve conflicts to achieve business priorities
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to travel up to 15% of the time

Desired Qualifications
  • Experience working in regulated environments (Medical device, Pharma or similar)
  • PMP, PRINCE2, or other type of project management certification
