• Conduct thorough assessments by engaging clients in discussions about their relationship concerns, emotional challenges, and the dynamics within their families.
• Provide weekly counseling sessions aimed at addressing complex issues such as divorce, custody disputes, mental health disorders, domestic abuse situations, and financial stressors affecting familial relationships.
• Empower clients by helping them identify personal coping strategies and conflict-resolution techniques that they can apply in everyday situations.
• Manage an active caseload, creating personalized treatment plans that reflect each client’s unique circumstances and therapeutic goals.
• Collaborate effectively with a network of mental health professionals, including psychiatrists and school counselors, to ensure the highest standard of care and support for clients.
• Perform evaluations for children in court-mandated sessions, providing insights and recommendations for custody arrangements based on observed behaviors and interactions.
• Assist clients in accessing community resources such as housing services, financial assistance programs, and additional support networks essential for their recovery journey.
• Facilitate educational workshops for fellow professionals, focusing on stress management techniques and ways to support mental health in various workplace settings.

• Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field.
• Current and active professional state license in therapy (LMFT).
• Completion of a relevant clinical internship with hands-on training in family and couples counseling methodologies.
• A compassionate and approachable demeanor, skilled in building rapport and trust with clients.

• Experience working with clients facing a range of mental health and relational issues, including but not limited to addiction, mental illness, and trauma.
• Knowledge of evidence-based therapeutic techniques and a commitment to integrating these in practice.
• Familiarity with telehealth platforms and best practices for virtual therapy delivery.

• Competitive annual salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 105,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
