Role Overview
We are seeking a results-driven Travel Sales Manager to support multiple spa locations across the United States. This role is ideal for sales professionals who thrive in fast-paced environments, enjoy travel, and are motivated by performance-based earnings.
You will work directly within spa locations, engaging with clients, driving in-spa sales, and maximizing daily performance. Client flow is provided. Your primary responsibility is execution and results.
Compensation & Earning Potential
$3,500 monthly base pay
Tiered commission structure at 3 percent, 5 percent, and 7 percent based on daily performance
Consistent high performers have the potential to earn between $115,000 and $140,000 annually, based on performance
Travel & Expense Coverage
This is a travel-based role with assignments across multiple U.S. locations. All work-related travel expenses are fully covered by the company, including:

Key Responsibilities
Drive in-spa sales through client consultations
Upsell and cross-sell services and packages based on client needs
Meet and maintain daily performance goals
Adapt quickly to new locations, teams, and work environments
Follow established sales systems, processes, and training
Collaborate with on-site teams to support overall revenue goals

Qualifications
Previous sales experience preferred
