Seeking an experienced Instructional Designer to develop and deliver high-quality learning solutions focused on advanced property claims training. This role will support curriculum development across facilitator-led instruction, eLearning, and digital learning experiences while collaborating closely with subject matter experts and cross-functional teams.

The ideal candidate will have strong instructional design experience, experience building engaging training content, and the ability to translate complex technical topics into effective learning solutions using adult learning principles.

Key Responsibilities


  • Design and develop facilitator-led and digital learning content for advanced property claims training
  • Create interactive eLearning solutions using Articulate 360 tools such as Storyline and Rise
  • Develop instructor-led training materials and presentations using PowerPoint
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) and team members to identify performance gaps and determine root causes
  • Review data and assessments to recommend effective learning solutions and training strategies
  • Apply adult learning principles to simplify complex technical topics into digestible learning experiences
  • Manage multiple concurrent assignments while delivering high-quality work on schedule
  • Utilize project management software to prioritize work, maintain documentation, and track progress
  • Identify project risks, roadblocks, and propose potential solutions proactively
  • Support rapid prototyping and development of lean learning solutions that drive measurable business results
  • Maintain transparent communication and collaborate effectively within a team environment

Required Qualifications


  • 2+ years of experience with instructional design strategies
  • 2+ years of experience collaborating with SMEs
  • 2+ years of experience with curriculum development, including facilitator-led training and eLearning
  • Experience developing training using Articulate 360
  • Experience using Adobe products including Premiere, Audition, and Photoshop
  • Strong PowerPoint skills
  • Experience using project management software
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment with stable internet access
  • Ability to manage priorities and work with urgency and ownership
