At Atlantic Emergency Solutions, our Regional Account Managers help first responders get the equipment they need to protect their communities. This is more than a sales position. You'll build long-term relationships with fire departments, EMS agencies, and municipalities while representing industry-leading emergency equipment. We provide the support, training, and flexibility you need to succeed while giving you the independence to manage your territory and grow your customer base.


Schedule:
  • Flexible schedule

  • Remote position based in or around Columbus, OH 
  • Travel throughout the assigned territory 
  • Occasional overnight travel for customer visits, trade shows, manufacturer meetings, and company events

Work Environment:
  • Fully remote position based in the Cleveland, OH area 
  • Travel throughout the assigned territory to visit customers and prospects

Key Job Duties:
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers while identifying new business opportunities 
  • Meet with customers to understand their operational needs and recommend equipment solutions 
  • Demonstrate products and explain features, specifications, and benefits 
  • Prepare quotations, proposals, and sales documentation 
  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure a smooth sales process and excellent customer service 
  • Attend customer meetings, inspections, trade shows, manufacturer visits, and company events 
  • Maintain accurate customer records and sales activity 
  • Represent Atlantic Emergency Solutions with professionalism and integrity throughout the sales process

Requirements

What we're looking for:

  • Previous outside sales experience or at least five years of industry-related experience 
  • Strong relationship-building and customer service skills 
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills 
  • Highly organized with strong time management skills 
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently 
  • Proficiency with computers and common business software 
  • Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record 
  • Ability to travel throughout the assigned territory 
  • Ability to pass pre-employment screening

Work Environment and Physical Demands
