Job Summary:
We are looking for remote, bilingual, customer-oriented service representatives who provide high-level customer service solutions to all customers/clients daily. Answer all incoming calls using the tools provided by AnswerNet and the client to properly document all customer interactions, while maintaining a sense of integrity regarding both the company and the customer while adhering to all company policies and procedures.
Job Duties / Responsibilities / Essential Functions:
โ— Manage large amounts of inbound calls.
โ— Identify and assess customersโ€™ needs to achieve satisfaction
โ— Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools
โ— Meet personal/customer service team sales targets and call handling quotas
โ— Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; and follow up to ensure the resolution
โ— Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents
โ— Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policy.
โ— Take the extra mile to engage customers
Required Knowledge /Skills / Abilities / Qualifications:
ยท Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative
ยท Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening

ยท Proficient in typing
