About the Role

As Regional Claims Manager, you oversee the efforts of a claims team with responsibility for personnel management, compliance, claims handling, and client service. This role requires a strong leader with excellent technical proficiency in claims adjusting and a well-rounded management background that ensures consistent practices and a high level of team performance.


  • Location: 100% remote for qualified applicants living in the New England or Tri-State area.
  • Insurance Expertise: Significant experience with workers’ compensation claims handling and several years in management/leadership. Must include experience with a TPA.
  • Responsibilities: Ability to oversee multiple claims teams, providing technical support on complex claims, as well as be involved with recruiting and hiring, reporting, performance evaluations, and relationship management with internal and external partners.
