Join our Team as aDMSIT FIELD MANAGER!

The Role:

We're seeking a passionate and dedicated DMS IT Field Manager to join our team. In this role, you'll lead multiple Dealer Management System (DMS) deployments, serving as the primary project management resource throughout the implementation lifecycle. This role is responsible for coordinating project planning, deployment readiness, stakeholder communication, training, risk management, and go-live activities to ensure successful implementation and customer satisfaction. The IT Field Manager collaborates with cross-functional teams, dealership personnel, and TMHNA leadership to deliver projects on time, within scope, and aligned with business objectives. What You'll Be Doing:

  • Gain a high-level understanding of the DMS system through a hands-on approach of following documented training materials.
  • Manage multiple DMS implementation projects from planning through post-deployment support.
  • Coordinate and attend an engagement kick-off onsite at the dealer's location.
  • Develop, maintain, and communicate project plans, schedules, milestones, and status updates.
  • Coordinate deployment activities with internal teams and dealership stakeholders.
  • Facilitate project meetings, deployment readiness reviews, training activities, user acceptance testing (UAT), and go-live planning.
  • Monitor project risks, issues, and dependencies, escalating concerns when appropriate.
  • Partner with data, product, technical, and training teams to ensure licensing, environment and data for deployment readiness.
  • Support dealer onboarding, user access, licensing, and training coordination.
  • Coordinate and attend Key User Training onsite at the dealer's location.
  • Maintain project documentation, deployment metrics, and training materials.
  • Monitor deployment activities and provide status reports onsite at the dealer's location for deployments.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives that align with Toyota's core values.
  • Travel to dealership locations as needed to support activities, with extended travel periods possible (approximately 50% travel).

What We're Looking For:

  • 6+ years of project management experience.
  • Strong project management, planning, and organizational skills.
  • Proficient experience with Microsoft Project and Azure DevOps (ADO).
  • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong problem-solving, relationship management, and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Ability to influence, build consensus, and manage sensitive situations with professionalism and tact.
  • Commitment to continuous improvement and delivering high-quality customer outcomes.

What Sets You Apart:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, management or related field or equivalent experience.
  • Experience leading software implementation or enterprise system deployment projects.
  • Experience in manufacturing, material handling, or other durable goods industries.

What Your Total Compensation & Benefits Package will look like:

This position may be hired at an IT Field Manager level I or level II. Salary offered will be based upon the successful candidate's background, education & experience.

Salary:$84,020 - $135,975per year.
