Toyota - Lexus Technician / Express Technician

Copeland Toyota โ€“ Brockton, MA

Copeland Toyota is looking for motivated, dependable technicians to join our growing Service Department.

We are currently hiring:

  • Experienced Toyota Automotive Technicians
  • Express Maintenance Technicians
  • Entry-level technicians interested in building a long-term automotive career

This is an excellent opportunity to work in a busy Toyota dealership with steady workflow, modern equipment, ongoing training, and opportunities for advancement.

Responsibilities Toyota Technician
  • Diagnose and repair Toyota vehicles accurately and efficiently
  • Perform maintenance, warranty, recall, and customer-pay repairs
  • Complete multi-point inspections and document findings clearly
  • Use Toyota diagnostic equipment and technical information
  • Communicate repair needs with Service Advisors
  • Maintain a clean and safe work area
Express Technician
  • Perform oil and filter changes
  • Rotate and balance tires
  • Inspect brakes, tires, fluids, filters, and other maintenance items
  • Complete multi-point inspections
  • Assist with basic maintenance and light repairs
  • Continue training toward Toyota and ASE certifications
Qualifications
  • Automotive repair or maintenance experience preferred
  • Toyota dealership experience is a plus
  • ASE certifications are a plus but not required for Express applicants
  • Valid driverโ€™s license and acceptable driving record
  • Must have a strong work ethic and positive attitude
  • Ability to work well with technicians, advisors, and parts personnel
  • Willingness to learn and complete Toyota training
