Our evening and weekend leads are our hottest prospectspeople ready to invest, ready to act. But we need closers who can match that energy and convert conversations into commitments.


Here's the invitation:

Join our remote sales team. Work evenings and weekends. Take pre-set appointments and live-transfer calls. Close high-ticket investment programs. Earn $100K-$150K+ annually (our current team average).


You'll get a $36K base for stability, uncapped commissions for performance, and full benefits (health stipend, company-paid supplemental coverage, 401k match). You'll work from home with genuine downtime between calls.


Here's what we need to see:

  • 2+ years crushing B2C high-ticket phone sales
  • Proven track record with $3K+ programs
  • CRM proficiency
  • The discipline to work remote and perform

Hours:

Your Schedule (MST):

  • MonThu: 12:00 PM 10:00 PM
  • Fri: 10:00 AM 6:00 PM
  • SatSun: 7:00 AM 6:00 PM Directors rotate weekends, working two out of every three weekends to ensure balanced coverage. If you work Sat and Sun you will have Mon and Tuesday off.
  • Youll work a 5-day schedule, never more than five days in a row, with two consecutive days off each week.
  • Youll keep your calendar open Nights and Weekends about 10 hours per day (around 50 hours per week) to allow for both pre-scheduled appointments and live-transfer calls.


Youll typically have2535 hours of booked talk time per week, each pre scheduled set is 2-hour appointment blocks. This turns into 11-12 hours of Talk time for pre set. This does not include live transfers.


When not on a call, your time is flexible you just need to stay reachable within 5 minutes during your shift for any incoming live transfer. You have to be ready for a video call to be on a live call in front of computer within 5 mins during set hours.
