Job description

Description Summary: The Equipment Finance Sales Coordinator III coordinates with customers and Sales Representatives to ensure proper documentation is being utilized, issues are being dealt with timely and appropriately and closings are occurring as planned. Duties & Responsibilities: Independently drafts, revises and negotiates documentation with in-house and outside counsel. Makes independent determinations and exercises sound judgment regarding proposed document revisions and determines when to escalate to credit, legal, asset management or senior leadership.

Understands and exhibits critical path thinking with deals and as determined by assessment of the situation, drafts and negotiates landlord waivers, collateral access agreements, subordination agreements and no-interest letters with little or no supervision. Works with more complicated vertical product groups, like Rail, Aircraft, Large Corporate, Syndications and Middle Market and is advises on documentation for transactions. Analyzes and understands transactions including pricing, deal structure, collateral evaluation, credit and tax components.

May be responsible for the development, training and day-to-day supervision of staff. Other duties as assigned. Basic Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree 5+ years financial services experience in aircraft, large ticket, and capital markets.

3+ years loan documentation experience. Preferred Qualifications: Legal experience Juris Doctorate or Master's Degree Exempt Status: (Yes = not eligible for overtime pay) (No = eligible for overtime pay) Yes Workplace Type: Office Our Approach to Office Workplace Type Certain positions outside our branch network may be eligible for a flexible work arrangement. Compensation Range: 63,000.00 - 124,000.00 USD Annual The compensation range represents the anticipated low and high end of the base compensation range for this position

Actual compensation will vary based on various factors including but not limited to location, experience, and education. Colleagues in this position are also eligible to participate in an applicable incentive compensation plan. In addition, Huntington provides a variety of benefits to colleagues, including health insurance coverage, wellness program, life and disability insurance, retirement savings plan, paid leave programs, paid holidays and paid time off (PTO).
