Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive initial assessments to evaluate clients' mental health status and identify their specific needs.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans that align with clients' goals, ensuring proactive adjustments as needed.
• Provide individual therapy sessions to adult clients, utilizing evidence-based methodologies to address a range of mental health concerns.
• Engage clients in teletherapy sessions, ensuring a high level of interaction and therapeutic rapport.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will primarily provide services to adult clients, addressing a wide variety of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Your role is crucial in helping clients navigate their mental health journeys, promoting resilience and improvement in their overall quality of life.

Qualifications

• A valid and current license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
• A master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills that foster a compassionate and empathetic therapeutic relationship.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities to manage caseloads effectively.
• No history of disciplinary actions or sanctions on your professional license.

Preferred Experience

While not mandatory, experience in a telehealth setting or familiarity with remote therapy practices will be advantageous. Demonstrated competence in specific therapeutic methods, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) or Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), will enhance your contribution to our team.
