• Conduct comprehensive assessments and screenings to evaluate clients’ mental health concerns and formulate appropriate treatment plans tailored to individual needs.
• Facilitate evidence-based individual and group therapy sessions, employing techniques such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, or mindfulness-based interventions to foster client progress.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals, including psychiatrists and case managers, to deliver integrated care and address holistic client needs.
• Educate clients and their families about the therapeutic process, mental health resources, and community support systems to empower them throughout their recovery journey.
• Maintain accurate, confidential records in compliance with HIPAA regulations and ethical standards, ensuring timely documentation and progress notes.

The focus of your practice will encompass a diverse range of clients, including individuals, couples, and families seeking assistance with relational dynamics, emotional distress, and interpersonal issues. • A current and valid state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) is required.
• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field from an accredited institution.

• An empathetic attitude towards clients’ experiences, showcasing patience and understanding in a therapeutic setting.

• Previous experience in a clinical setting, particularly in working with couples and families facing mental health challenges.

• Experience in providing remote therapy sessions and utilizing telehealth technologies effectively.
