Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM-5:00 PM

Job Summary

A full-time opportunity is available for a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist to provide remote therapy services to clients throughout Kentucky. This role focuses on helping individuals, couples, and families work through relationship concerns, communication issues, family conflict, stress, and life changes through secure virtual sessions.

As an LMFT in this position, you will provide structured therapy, complete assessments, develop treatment plans, and help clients better understand the patterns affecting their relationships and emotional well-being. The work is client-centered, steady, and designed for a clinician who wants to focus on quality care in a remote setting.

Responsibilities

  • Provide virtual therapy sessions for individuals, couples, and families in Kentucky
  • Complete intake assessments and gather relevant clinical and relational history
  • Create treatment plans based on client goals, symptoms, and presenting concerns
  • Help clients address marital stress, parenting challenges, family conflict, communication concerns, and life transitions
  • Use appropriate therapeutic approaches for remote marriage and family therapy
  • Track client progress and update care plans when needed
  • Complete timely clinical documentation using electronic health records
  • Follow HIPAA, Kentucky telehealth requirements, and professional ethics
  • Identify safety concerns and refer clients to additional resources when clinically appropriate

Requirements

  • Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field
  • Active Kentucky LMFT license in good standing
  • Experience providing therapy to individuals, couples, or families
  • Comfortable conducting sessions through secure video-based platforms
  • Strong documentation, communication, and clinical assessment skills
  • Knowledge of family systems, relationship dynamics, and behavioral health treatment
  • Ability to maintain a reliable remote workspace
