• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients to establish their mental health needs, developing personalized treatment plans based on evidence-based practices.

• Engage with clients to set realistic therapeutic goals, offering continuous support and guidance throughout their treatment journey.

The role requires a deep understanding of varied mental health issues and the ability to form trusting therapeutic relationships, especially as interactions occur in a virtual setting.

• A current and valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD) is essential.
• A master's degree or doctorate in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to establish rapport with clients from a distance.
• Demonstrated empathy, understanding, and compassion in dealing with clients’ diverse life experiences and challenges.
• Exceptional organizational and time management skills to effectively manage remote treatment schedules and documentation.

While not mandatory, prior experience in a remote therapeutic setting or proficiency in using telehealth technologies will be considered an asset. Experience in dealing with a broad range of mental health issues will enhance your capability to thrive in this role.

This full-time role offers a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 90,000 to 105,000, depending on workload and experience.
