This pivotal role allows you to play an integral part in providing high-quality mental health services to individuals, couples, and families. As an LMFT, you will deliver compassionate counseling and support, helping clients navigate their mental health challenges. The successful candidate will receive a competitive annual salary ranging from $80,000 to $90,000, in addition to a sign-on bonus.

As a remotely-based therapist, you will receive all necessary resources and support to thrive in this setting, with regular check-ins and team meetings to foster a sense of community and collaboration among staff.

• Conduct in-depth initial assessments to evaluate clients' psychological and emotional needs, leading to the development of tailored treatment plans.
• Facilitate individual therapy sessions aimed at helping clients foster self-awareness and implement effective coping strategies.
• Provide couples therapy to assist partners in improving communication, resolving conflicts, and enhancing relational dynamics.
• Lead family counseling sessions focused on addressing and resolving issues related to family dynamics, communication barriers, and relationship conflicts.
• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic techniques, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and family systems therapy, to promote healing and growth.
• Maintain thorough and accurate documentation of client interactions, treatment progress, and outcomes to comply with organizational standards and ensure continuity of care.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals as needed to create a holistic support network for clients, ultimately contributing to their comprehensive well-being.

You will work with a diverse range of clients, including individuals facing anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, and familial conflicts. Our clinic supports clients from various backgrounds, including different ethnicities, ages, genders, and socioeconomic statuses. This role aims to empower clients to overcome obstacles that hinder their personal and relationship growth, making the work both meaningful and impactful.

• A Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or an equivalent field is required.
• Current licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of California.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in a clinical setting, providing therapy to individuals, couples, and families.
• Demonstrated proficiency in using electronic health record (EHR) systems to manage client schedules and documentation.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients from varied backgrounds.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage a dynamic caseload independently.

• Experience working with a culturally diverse client base, with an emphasis on sensitivity to cultural differences in therapy.
• Familiarity with teletherapy platforms and best practices for remote counseling.
• Experience in crisis intervention and conflict resolution strategies.

• Annual salary of $80,000 to $90,000, depending on experience and qualifications.
