Clear Meadows Counseling Center is seeking a dedicated and experienced Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) to join our dynamic team on a full-time basis. This position is entirely remote, allowing for flexibility and work-life balance. As part of a community health clinic, you will collaborate with a motivated team of mental health professionals, including psychiatrists, social workers, and educators. • Conduct one-on-one therapy sessions with clients dealing with a range of complex mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges.
• Facilitate group therapy sessions that promote peer support and collective healing among clients facing similar struggles.
• Evaluate clients through comprehensive diagnostic assessments to establish personalized treatment plans aligned with their specific needs and goals.
• Coordinate with interdisciplinary teams to provide holistic care, ensuring that clients receive the most effective and coordinated interventions possible.
• Effectively document client progress and treatment plans within our electronic health record system, maintaining confidentiality and compliance with regulations.
• Engage in clinical supervision and continuous education, remaining abreast of current best practices and therapeutic methodologies to enhance your skills and ensure high-quality care delivery.
• Provide timely crisis intervention and risk assessments to clients in acute distress, creating safety plans and interventions that can mitigate immediate risks.

• A Master's degree in Mental Health Counseling or a closely related field is required.
• Current licensure as a mental health counselor in the state of Washington.
• A minimum of two years of professional experience in delivering quality counseling services to individuals, groups, and families is essential.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to foster trust and engagement with clients.
• Excellent organizational abilities with a knack for managing multiple cases and maintaining accurate records.
• Capability to thrive in a team-oriented environment, collaborating harmoniously with interdisciplinary colleagues.
• Proficiency in electronic health record documentation and familiarity with telehealth technology.

• Experience with specific population groups such as adolescents, veterans, or individuals with co-occurring disorders is a plus.
• Background in utilizing specific therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), or EMDR.
• Experience in conducting virtual therapy sessions effectively.

The salary range for this role is competitive, offering between USD 90,000 and 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
