Key Responsibilities
  • Provide direct clinical care to clients experiencing major mental illness or severe emotional disorders, both remotely and in community settings.
  • Conduct evidence-based and developmentally appropriate screenings and assessments to identify client needs and service gaps.
  • Create and implement individual integrated care plans, ensuring linkage to necessary services and resources.
  • Facilitate individual, group, and family therapy sessions tailored to client-specific needs.
