This position is fully remote, allowing for flexibility as you engage with clients and team members via telehealth platforms and virtual collaboration tools. As part of a dynamic team, you will leverage technology to integrate care, conduct assessments, and communicate effectively with clients, family members, and other healthcare providers.

• Provide direct clinical care to clients experiencing major mental illness or severe emotional disorders, both remotely and in community settings.
• Conduct evidence-based and developmentally appropriate screenings and assessments to identify client needs and service gaps.
• Create and implement individual integrated care plans, ensuring linkage to necessary services and resources.
• Facilitate individual, group, and family therapy sessions tailored to client-specific needs.
• Participate actively in treatment team meetings and contribute to collaborative care efforts, fostering a team-oriented atmosphere.
• Crisis intervention and support, including on-call coverage as needed, to address urgent client needs effectively.
• Monitor client engagement, ensuring timely follow-ups and ongoing assessments that track progress toward health goals.
• Maintain comprehensive and accurate documentation as per organizational standards and professional ethical guidelines.
• Engage in continuous professional development and participate in committees that enhance service delivery and quality improvement initiatives.

The ideal candidate will work with a diverse array of clients facing behavioral health challenges, including those experiencing substance use disorders, depression, anxiety, and trauma. This role requires sensitivity and adaptability to clients' varied cultural backgrounds, personal experiences, and therapeutic needs, emphasizing a holistic approach to their care.

• Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited institution and a valid LCSW license in the state of Georgia.
• Strong knowledge of assessment, diagnosis, and evidence-based treatment modalities relevant to mental health and substance use disorders.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team while effectively managing individual caseloads.
• Recognized competency in age-specific and developmental issues relevant to the populations served.

• Previous experience working with underserved populations and within detox or substance use treatment settings.
• Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) and telehealth systems for remote service delivery.
• Background in trauma-informed care and evidenced-based practices for diverse client groups.
