As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, your key responsibilities will include:

• Conducting thorough assessments to diagnose and treat a range of mental, emotional, and behavioral disorders, continually updating care plans based on patient progress.
• Collaborating closely with patients' families, healthcare providers, and community resources to ensure holistic and integrated treatment.
• Providing referrals to necessary services, including community treatments, support groups, and specialized mental health providers to optimize clients' well-being.
• Participating in multidisciplinary team meetings to plan discharges and ensure continuity of care, while adhering to all federal and state regulations regarding mental health practices.
• Performing social work consultations and conducting psychosocial assessments to address broader social factors affecting patients’ mental health.
• Educating clients about resources available to them, addressing issues that may delay recovery, and advocating for their needs throughout the treatment process.

Our patient population encompasses a wide range of individuals facing various mental health challenges. As a counselor at Rocky Meadow Counseling, you will tailor your therapeutic techniques to meet the unique needs of each client, whether it be supporting individuals who are navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, or family dynamics. You will play a crucial role in guiding clients through their therapeutic journey, helping them develop coping strategies and resilience.

• A Master’s Degree in Social Work, Counseling, or a related field from an accredited institution.
• Current state licensure as LCSW, LMFT, LPC, or Psychologist is required.
• Proven ability to establish rapport and build strong therapeutic relationships with clients of diverse backgrounds.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively document case notes and facilitate interdisciplinary collaboration.

• Previous experience in a mental health counseling role, with knowledge of community resources and effective referral practices.
• Familiarity with telehealth platforms and electronic health record systems is advantageous.
• Experience in crisis intervention and family therapy preferred.

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 90,000 to 100,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications. In addition to a generous salary, we provide:
