Job description

At 3P Learning, we're not just creating educational products; we're crafting masterpieces that set the gold standard in global EdTech excellence. Our products are not just tools; they're tickets to learning adventures loved by millions of children worldwide!

If you are ready to dive into a role that’s not just a job then look no further, because at 3P Learning, we’re on a mission to revolutionize education and have a blast while doing it!

We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Development Manager to join our US Sales Team. This is a remote position; however, the successful candidate must reside in the Eastern Time Zone.

The Business Development team is focused on ensuring our products are first and foremost in the hearts and minds of teachers, educators, and our ultimate end user – the kids! We're looking for someone who is client-focused, task-driven, and skilled at building trust with educators—someone who listens carefully and can clearly communicate 3P's value. If that sounds like you, we'd love to hear from you.

What will you be doing…
As a member of our Americas new business sales team, you will play a key role in generating revenue results through partnering with educators to support student outcomes. Our Senior BDMs own the sales cycle from initial contact to close for both outbound prospecting and inbound leads. Occasional local and national travel is required for strategic meetings and conferences. International travel may be required annually.

Ideally, you will have:

  • 5+ years of K-12 new business sales success within the US market. Experience in a SaaS business within the Education Technology industry is required.
  • Sales success within this quota-driven role will depend on your ability to understand, focus, and execute the key metrics in the role.
  • Competent and tenaciously focused on prospecting while establishing and developing new business relationships.
  • Work collaboratively to support market expansion and client success.
  • Attention to detail, highly organized with a process-driven mindset.
  • Strong technical and systems understanding. Working knowledge of Sales tools such as Salesforce, Gong, and Sales Navigator, among others.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills combined with strong problem-solving skills.

Ideally, you will be:

  • Sales-focused with a clear understanding of the needs and challenges of teachers and educators in the K-12 sector.
  • Highly organized and process-driven with an achievement mindset.
  • Effective with primarily a remote sales approach, with the ability to support local strategic meetings, as necessary.
  • Passionate about finding a career that makes a difference, with a strong affinity for education and supporting children in achieving their learning outcomes.

We provide equal employment opportunities and are dedicated to maintaining a workplace where everyone belongs and can do their best work.
We look forward to sharing more about 3P, our fantastic products, and our great culture with you soon!
