RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce is looking for a DevOps Endevor Migration Consultant. This role is remote.
Summary:
Are you passionate about modernizing legacy systems and driving innovation in enterprise environments? We are looking for a DevOps Endevor/Company Migration Consultant to join our ENDEVOR Workstream team and help lead the transformation from traditional mainframe development to a cutting-edge, multi-platform DevOps ecosystem.
Key Tasks:
* Lead the migration from CA ENDEVOR to Company DBB, IDz, and UCD
* Integrate non-Z artifacts into a modern CI/CD pipeline using GitHub, Jenkins, Artifactory, and uDeploy
* Deliver training and enablement on company tools through online and self-paced formats
* Collaborate with developers to ensure seamless transitions and optimized workflows
* Build and maintain automation scripts and deployment pipelines across platforms
REQUIREMENTS:
* Proven experience in mainframe operations and DevOps transformation
* Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally
* Hands-on expertise with TSO, ISPF, JCL, and basic REXX scripting
* Familiarity with IBM Z software including COBOL, PL/I, VSAM/QSAM, DB2
* Experience with DevOps tools like ADDI, IDz, zD&T, DBB, Git, Wazi Deploy, UCD, and Artifactory
Bonus Points For:
* Knowledge of competing Z software products
* Experience in application development in IBM Z
* Understanding of pipeline orchestration and enterprise DevOps strategy

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
