This position allows you to work from the comfort of your home in Glendale, Arizona. As part of our outpatient services, you will engage with clients through secure video or text sessions, utilizing advanced telehealth technology. • Conduct individual counseling sessions via video chat, focusing on improving clients’ mental health and overall well-being.
• Facilitate discussions that encourage clients to explore their emotions, experiences, and relationships, fostering self-insight and growth.
• Advocate for clients by assisting them in defining clear, achievable goals and supporting their journey towards recovery.
• Assess clients' mental health conditions and design effective treatment plans grounded in your clinical expertise and the latest evidence-based practices.
• Utilize a comprehensive online therapy platform to manage client interactions, maintain records, and streamline services efficiently.
• Participate in continuous learning and professional development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge in mental health practices.

Your clientele will primarily consist of stable adults with low acuity issues, allowing for a focus on therapeutic support rather than crisis intervention. All clients undergo a rigorous screening process prior to booking, ensuring that you will be matched with individuals who align with your specialization and demographic preferences. This targeted approach fosters not only effective therapeutic relationships but also positive outcomes for clients.

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• Current, unrestricted state licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
• Strong interpersonal skills with an empathetic and supportive demeanor, essential for building rapport with clients.
• Proficiency with technology and online counseling tools is necessary, as your work will heavily rely on these systems.

While a minimum of two years of experience in a mental health counseling role is required, candidates with additional experience in telehealth counseling or specific therapeutic modalities may be favored. A record of handling diverse client needs and a proactive approach to care are highly desirable.

We offer a competitive salary ranging from $90,000 to $104,000 annually, commensurate with your experience and hours worked. In addition to offering a sign-on bonus, our benefits package includes:
