About This Role

Psychologist will provide neuroaffirming consultative diagnostic evaluation for autism and/or ADHD and refer for treatment as appropriate


What You'll Do
  • Conduct neuro-affirming psychologic examination via consultation for individuals seeking assessment for autism and/or ADHD.
  • Review testing and associated documentation for reporting purposes.
  • Confer with the patient's relatives regarding illness and treatment as necessary.
  • Create diagnostic documentation and report for patient and family as well as internal reporting and publishing
  • Assist through consultation in establishing psychology programs and policies.
  • Keep medical records and prepare reports per company documentation standards.
  • Complete other duties as assigned
  • Schedule is based on provider availability and set by provider. Evenings and weekends are accepted.

Requirements
Required Skills/Abilities:
  • Knowledge of clinical psychology with appropriate training and licensure
  • Interest and commitment to neuro-affirming practices
  • Ability to skillfully diagnose and treat severely and persistently mentally ill patients through a virtual platform.
  • Ability to analyze situations and adopt an effective course of action.
  • Ability to prepare records and reports.
  • Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with others.
  • Ability to maintain objectivity and confidentiality.
Education and Experience:
  • Completion of a clinical psychology training program
  • Possession of a valid license as a psychologist required.
  • Willingness to apply for PsyPact passport
  • Possession of a valid state driverโ€™s license may be required.
  • Primary license in compact state preferred
  • Willingness to obtain additional state licenses strongly preferred.
