Job description

Testing Psychologist

Autonomy Counseling is seeking a licensed psychologist to provide comprehensive psychological evaluations for children, adolescents, and adults. This position offers flexible scheduling and may be completed remotely (where permitted), in person, or through a hybrid model.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive psychological evaluations, including diagnostic clarification and differential diagnosis.

  • Integrate clinical interviews, record review, collateral information, behavioral observations, and psychological test data into clear, evidence-based reports.

  • Select and interpret appropriate assessment instruments.

  • Collaborate with psychometrists for test administration when appropriate.

  • Provide diagnostic feedback and recommendations.

  • Maintain timely documentation and meet report turnaround expectations.

Qualifications:

  • Licensed psychologist eligible to practice in Minnesota or authorized through PSYPACT.

  • Independently licensed and eligible for insurance credentialing.

  • Experience with differential diagnosis across the lifespan preferred.

  • Experience conducting autism evaluations preferred.

  • Training in the ADOS-2 and other autism assessment instruments is preferred, or a willingness to complete training.

  • Strong clinical writing, diagnostic reasoning, and communication skills.
