Role Overview

We're looking for a Director of Sales to help accelerate JamLoop's next stage of growth. This is a true player-coach role responsible for driving new business while building and developing a high-performing team of Account Executives.

In the near term, success means consistently exceeding your own revenue goals, expanding JamLoop's presence with agencies and advertisers, and coaching the team to improve pipeline quality and close rates. Over time, you'll help shape our sales strategy, strengthen our culture, and scale the organization as we continue to grow.

This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys winning business, and is passionate about developing others.

What You’ll OwnNew Business Development
  • Own and consistently exceed an individual revenue target.

  • Build strategic relationships with independent agencies, regional advertisers, and mid-market brands.

  • Prospect, present, negotiate, and close new business opportunities.

  • Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and accurately forecast revenue.

Sales Leadership & Coaching
  • Coach and mentor Account Executives through prospecting, pipeline management, presentations, negotiations, and closing strategies.

  • Participate in key client meetings and help advance complex sales opportunities.

  • Recruit, onboard, and develop top sales talent.

  • Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, continuous learning, and high performance.

Sales Strategy & Growth
  • Partner with Sales leadership on territory planning, forecasting, and regional growth initiatives.

  • Identify market opportunities and provide customer insights that influence sales strategy.

  • Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver an exceptional customer experience and support long-term growth.

What You BringMust-Haves
  • 7+ years of experience selling digital media, AdTech, Connected TV (CTV), over-the-top (OTT), or programmatic advertising solutions.

  • Consistent track record of exceeding revenue and new business goals.

  • Experience building relationships with independent agencies, regional advertisers, and mid-market brands.

  • Experience coaching, mentoring, or leading sales professionals.

  • Strong consultative selling, presentation, negotiation, and communication skills.

  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a bias toward action, ownership, and accountability.

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

Nice-to-Haves
  • Existing network within independent agencies and regional advertisers.

Compensation
  • Base salary range: $120,000 – $130,000

  • OTE: $240,000
