Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough intake assessments to gather client histories, needs, strengths, and goals, and develop tailored treatment plans.
• Provide effective individual, family, and group therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based therapeutic practices and interventions suited to various client needs.
• Collaborate regularly with fellow mental health professionals—including psychologists, social workers, and psychiatrists—to ensure a holistic approach to client care.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client progress notes, treatment plans, and other essential records to comply with organizational policies and HIPAA regulations.
• Engage in clinical supervision and actively participate in ongoing training programs to enhance your professional development.
• Stay informed about the latest best practices, emerging research, and trends within the mental health sector to improve your effectiveness as a counselor.
• Uphold ethical standards and ensure client confidentiality in accordance with legal requirements and company policies.

Patient Population / Client Focus

As a Telehealth Licensed Professional Counselor, you will work with a diverse client population, including individuals experiencing various mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, relationship issues, trauma, and other psychosocial stressors. Qualifications

• A Master’s degree in Counseling or a related field is required.
• Possession of a valid and active license as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in Oregon.
