Key Responsibilities

In your role as a Remote Licensed Mental Health Therapist, you will:

• Conduct virtual therapy sessions through video conferencing, adhering to ethical standards and fostering a supportive environment.
• Assess the mental health needs of stable, low-acuity adult clients, developing tailored therapy goals and actionable plans for treatment.
• Utilize solution-focused modalities and evidence-based practices to address clients’ concerns effectively and promote positive outcomes.
• Regularly monitor client progress, adapting treatment plans as necessary to maximize therapeutic effectiveness.
• Assist clients in developing self-awareness concerning their emotions and relationships, thereby facilitating personal growth and resilience.
• Maintain accurate progress notes and documentation in compliance with organizational protocols while minimizing your administrative burden.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams as necessary to ensure holistic treatment approaches.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will primarily work with stable, low-acuity adults seeking support for a variety of mental health concerns, including anxiety, mild depression, adjustment issues, and stress management. Our clients are diverse, ranging in age, background, and experiences, and they appreciate the flexibility and accessibility of teletherapy.

Qualifications

• A Master’s degree or higher in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• A current and valid state license from a recognized board is mandatory. Accepted licenses include:
• Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)
• Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC)
• Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
• Psychologist (PsyD)
• Ability to practice independently without supervision and maintain a clean disciplinary record.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, combined with a sympathetic nature to effectively connect with clients.
• Proficiency in technology and a willingness to adapt to new digital tools.

Preferred Experience

• Experience in a telehealth setting is advantageous but not required.
• Familiarity with solution-focused therapy and other evidence-based treatment modalities.
• A strong understanding of current developments in psychotherapy practices and mental health trends.

Compensation and Benefits

This full-time position offers an annual salary ranging between USD 115,000 and 130,000, depending on your working hours and caseload. Additional benefits include:
