• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions, providing a safe, confidential space for clients to explore their feelings and experiences.
• Monitor client progress throughout their treatment plans, making adjustments as needed to maximize therapeutic effectiveness.
• Collaborate closely with other healthcare professionals, including psychiatrists, social workers, and nurses, to design and implement comprehensive intervention plans.
• Follow up with medical professionals for clients who have been hospitalized, ensuring continuity of care and addressing any additional needs.
• Identify at-risk behaviors that may impede recovery, providing proactive support and intervention to promote positive outcomes.
• Engage with family members and primary caregivers, offering support and strategies to assist in managing mental and behavioral challenges.

Your work will primarily focus on a diverse group of clients who may be experiencing a wide range of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. • A Master's degree in mental health counseling, psychology, or a related field is required.

The annual compensation for this role ranges between USD 80,000 and 101,000, commensurate with experience and productivity.
