• Conduct comprehensive assessments and screenings via video consultations to accurately evaluate clients’ mental health needs and formulate personalized treatment plans.
• Provide short-term individual therapy and crisis intervention services, addressing a wide array of mental health issues, from anxiety and depression to trauma and relationship difficulties.
• Facilitate online therapy groups and workshops, focusing on topics such as stress management, mindfulness, and coping strategies to promote positive mental health practices among clients.
• Collaborate with other telehealth professionals and community organizations to create integrated care plans and enhance clients’ access to additional resources.
• Engage in outreach and preventive measures, such as virtual educational programs, promoting mental health awareness, and encouraging early intervention strategies.
• Maintain meticulous, confidential records of client interactions consistent with applicable ethical and legal standards, ensuring that documentation supports the treatment process and clients' progress.

This role involves working with a wide spectrum of clients, including those experiencing chronic mental health issues, acute psychological crises, and everyday stressors. You will primarily serve adults, but there may be opportunities to work with adolescents and families as well. • A valid, active state license in one of the following: Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or licensed Psychologist.
• A Master's or doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field.
• Demonstrated knowledge of the unique mental health challenges faced by diverse patient populations, particularly within a telehealth context.
• Exceptional communication skills and the ability to engage effectively with clients from varied backgrounds and experiences.
• Familiarity with evidence-based therapeutic practices and brief therapy models suitable for a virtual counseling environment.
• Capability to manage a diverse client caseload while prioritizing tasks and responding flexibly to changing client needs.

• Experience in providing telehealth services or working in a virtual counseling setting.
• Proficiency in using telecommunication tools and electronic health records (EHR) systems to maintain patient information and care documentation.
• Previous involvement in community mental health initiatives or outreach programs that support vulnerable populations.

• Competitive salary range of USD 100,000 – 120,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
