You will be responsible for maintaining a well-equipped home office setup, complete with reliable internet and telecommunication tools to facilitate seamless client interactions. • Deliver virtual counseling services to a diverse client base, utilizing secure telehealth platforms to conduct therapy sessions.

• Engage in individual counseling with adults, addressing a variety of mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, relationship dynamics, and stress management.

• Develop personalized treatment plans by assessing each client's unique needs and therapeutic goals, employing evidence-based practices to guide your approach.

• Regularly monitor client progress, making necessary adjustments to treatment plans, and providing ongoing support to help clients achieve their therapeutic outcomes.

• Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team, facilitating comprehensive care, including referrals to mental health specialists and community resources when appropriate.

Your clients will consist of varied backgrounds, encompassing individuals and couples seeking guidance through difficult life challenges. The practice serves a wide range of mental health concerns, enabling you to apply your expertise in different scenarios and create meaningful therapeutic relationships. • A Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• Active licensure as a LICSW, LMFT, or LMHC in the state of Washington.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in delivering mental health counseling services, preferably in a remote setting.
• Demonstrated compassion and empathy in clinical practice with a steadfast commitment to client well-being.
• A functional home office setup with reliable internet, phone, and video capabilities for virtual sessions.

• Previous experience with teletherapy best practices, including familiarity with secure telehealth platforms.
• Expertise in creating treatment plans that incorporate feedback from clients to enhance their engagement and progress.
• Experience with a variety of therapeutic approaches to cater to diverse client needs.

The salary for this position ranges from USD 100,000 to 105,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
