Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough initial assessments and comprehensive evaluations to create tailored treatment plans aimed at addressing each client's specific mental health needs.
• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions for individuals, couples, families, and groups, utilizing methodologies such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and solution-focused brief therapy.
• Stay at the forefront of therapeutic techniques by engaging in ongoing professional development, including workshops and training sessions relevant to the field.
• Document all clinical interactions meticulously, ensuring compliance with ethical standards and legal guidelines and maintaining accurate electronic medical records (EMR).
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team of healthcare professionals, including social workers and psychiatrists, to provide holistic care to clients, coordinating treatment plans to achieve better mental health outcomes.

Qualifications

Preferred Experience
