We're looking for a relationship-driven Account Manager to join our Carrier Sales team, supporting Sinch's Rural Local Exchange Carrier (RLEC) segment.

This isn't a high-volume cold calling role. You'll inherit and grow a defined portfolio of telecom providers, focusing on long-term partnerships, consultative selling, and account expansion across a tight-knit carrier community.

If you enjoy owning customer relationships, working complex deals over time, and selling into the telecom ecosystem, this is a great fit.

What You'll Do

  • Manage and grow a portfolio of RLEC / carrier accounts
  • Act as a trusted advisor-understand customer needs and align solutions
  • Drive revenue growth through cross-sell and upsell (voice, messaging, UCaaS, toll-free, numbering)
  • Balance account management + new logo wins within a known customer base
  • Represent Sinch at industry events and telecom associations


What You Bring

  • Experience in account management or sales
  • Strong relationship-building and consultative selling skills
  • Ability to manage longer, complex sales cycles
  • Comfortable working independently in a small, distributed team

REQUIREMENTS

  • A bachelor's degree and a minimum of 2 years of related experience; or an advanced degree without experience; or equivalent work experience.ย 
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.ย 
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to develop strategic account plans.ย 
  • Proficiency in CRM software and account management tools.ย 
  • Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, or a related field.ย

The annual starting salary for this positionย rangesย $65,600 - $82,000 per year. Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications. In addition to base salary, this position is eligible toย participateย in the Company's commission plan, subject to the terms of the applicable commission plan.
