• Conduct thorough assessments and create individualized treatment plans tailored to each client's specific needs, addressing emotional, behavioral, and mental health concerns.
• Document clinical encounters and treatment progress in compliance with regulatory standards, ensuring timely submission of paperwork.
• Implementation of evidence-based screening and assessment tools as part of the intake process and ongoing evaluation of client progress.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and fine-tune positive behavior support plans that promote client engagement and recovery.
• Participate in licensing and accreditation processes, ensuring our organization meets state and national standards.
• Act as a liaison to state agencies and community partners, enhancing our service delivery and collaborative efforts with other service systems.
• Establish and maintain robust communication channels to promote client advocacy and ensure the organization’s mission is effectively communicated within the community.
• Engage with local and national organizations to identify opportunities for partnerships and funding that align with our organizational goals.
• Continuously pursue professional development opportunities through workshops, conferences, and networking within your field of expertise.
• Integrate organizational philosophy and values into daily practices and interactions with colleagues and clients.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by the Clinic Director to support the clinic's objectives and enhance service delivery.

The clients you will serve encompass a diverse array including individuals seeking mental health support, those dealing with substance use challenges, and clients with developmental or acquired brain disorders. • A Master’s Degree in a mental health-related field is required.
• Possession of an independent Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) license is essential.
