Client Solutions and Analytics Manager (Remote) — The Bill Police, a growing wireless expense management firm headquartered in Richmond, VA, is seeking a hands-on Client  Solutions and Analytics Manager. 

Role Overview

  •  Location: Fully Remote.
  • Key Objective: Leverage a patented 5-step process and proprietary technology to audit, optimize, and manage wireless billing across all major carriers.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Audit & Analysis: Perform baseline audits of current wireless billings to identify overspending and develop optimized plans tailored to actual usage.

 Ongoing Optimization:

  • Conduct monthly wireless management and readjustments based on invoice trends and historical usage data.

 Client Management:

  • Serve as a primary point of contact for senior executives, translating complex financial and technical data into actionable insights.

Process Excellence:

  • Develop and refine internal processes to support operational excellence and ensure high levels of client satisfaction.

Team Coordination:

  • Lead cross-functional efforts between the analytics and technical teams to deliver transparent reporting through the Bill Police Analytics portal.

Required Qualifications:

Analytical Expertise:
