• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients' mental and emotional states to identify individual needs and areas for growth.
• Formulate personalized treatment plans based on thorough evaluations, aligning therapeutic goals with clients' aspirations.
• Provide engaging individual therapy sessions for individuals of all ages, focusing on various mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, or trauma.
• Facilitate couples therapy sessions aimed at enhancing communication, resolving conflicts, and strengthening interpersonal relationships.
• Regularly review and modify treatment plans in conjunction with clients, ensuring their needs are met and progress is tracked accurately.
• Maintain meticulous documentation of client interactions, treatment plans, and progress notes, ensuring compliance with legal and ethical guidelines.
• Implement crisis intervention strategies as needed, supporting clients in acute distress or during emergencies.
• Collaborate actively with interdisciplinary teams, including medical professionals and social workers, to deliver holistic care.
• Engage in continuous professional development, including training on the latest evidence-based practices and research in mental health therapy.
• Foster a supportive environment that encourages clients to engage in self-care practices and wellness activities.
• Champion clients' rights and empower them to make informed decisions regarding their mental health treatment.

As an LMFT at Habit Growth Solutions, you will work with a varied population, including teens navigating the challenges of adolescence, adults dealing with life transitions, and couples seeking to enhance their relational dynamics. Our focus on personalized therapy ensures that each client receives tailored support based on their unique circumstances, strengths, and goals.

• A Master's Degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or a related field is required.
• An active license as a Marriage and Family Therapist issued by the State Board.
• Proficiency in utilizing electronic health record systems and maintaining precise, timely documentation.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, essential for effective therapy delivery and team collaboration.

• A minimum of one year of experience providing therapy to individuals and/or couples.
• Experience working with diverse client groups, including children and adults, is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with evidence-based therapeutic practices and methodologies that enhance client outcomes.

The salary for this position ranges from USD 90,000 to 105,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
