Selfcare Space Counseling Services, Inc. is actively seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) to join our dynamic mental health care team. Work Environment

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct mental health evaluations to assess clients’ needs, establish therapeutic goals, and determine appropriate treatment pathways.
  • Manage crisis interventions and provide emergency support to clients facing acute psychological distress.
  • Participate actively in case conferences and multidisciplinary treatment planning sessions to ensure comprehensive care tailored to each individual.
  • Lead and facilitate group therapy sessions, utilizing evidence-based therapeutic techniques to engage participants and promote mental health literacy.
  • Collaborate with Reentry Social Workers to coordinate effective discharge planning services for clients transitioning back into community settings.
  • Maintain meticulous documentation of client progress, treatment outcomes, and regulatory compliance through our integrated electronic health record (EHR) system.
  • Support and mentor interns or volunteers, providing supervision and guidance as they develop their clinical skills.
  • Complete required statistical reports and contribute to the clinic’s ongoing quality improvement initiatives.

Qualifications
