This position operates in a remote community health clinic environment, providing flexibility to work from home while maintaining close ties with clients and the treatment team. You will leverage telehealth technologies to conduct assessments and therapy sessions, allowing for effective interventions that can meet clients' varied schedules and needs. • Conduct in-depth psychosocial assessments to evaluate clients' mental health concerns, identifying strengths and resources fundamental for their growth.
• Provide individual, family, and group therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based treatment modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and trauma-informed care.
• Develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans tailored to each client's unique circumstances and goals, regularly assessing progress and making adjustments when necessary.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to deliver integrated and coordinated care that prioritizes the client's holistic well-being.
• Facilitate supportive group therapy sessions and psycho-education workshops to enhance community engagement and resilience among participants.
• Offer crisis intervention and risk assessment, creating safety plans in high-stress or emergency situations to ensure client safety and stability.
• Maintain accurate documentation of client interactions and treatment in compliance with all ethical and legal standards, ensuring a clear understanding of their progression and support needs.

• Must possess a Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program.
• Active state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) is required.

• A robust understanding of evidence-based therapeutic modalities and a commitment to ongoing professional development in mental health care.
