Work Environment

This position is based in a community health clinic setting, leveraging remote work capabilities that allow for a flexible schedule of 40 hours per week. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients to evaluate their mental health status, utilizing the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders for accurate diagnostics and developing tailored treatment plans that reflect individual needs.
• Continuously monitor and adapt treatment strategies based on patient progress to ensure effective management of mental health conditions.
• Accurately document all treatment records and clinical information in a timely manner, in alignment with regulatory standards and organizational protocols.
• Collaborate with patients and their support systems to create comprehensive, culturally competent treatment plans aimed at achieving shared goals.
• Engage actively in multidisciplinary team discussions, ensuring that patient safety and symptom management are prioritized in all care plans.
• Establish robust referral networks and maintain effective communication with other healthcare professionals and agencies to coordinate patient care.
• Engage in the educational development of students and interns through mentorship, training, and oversight of their clinical experiences.
• Participate in peer reviews and offer constructive feedback to colleagues, fostering a collaborative and supportive working environment.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our clinic serves a diverse population with a wide array of mental health needs, including but not limited to anxiety, depression, trauma, and psychosocial stressors. As an LCSW at Habit Growth Solutions, you will take an active role in addressing these varied needs, with attention to cultural competencies and unique patient backgrounds, ensuring that care is both relevant and effective.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• Current Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) certification in the State of California.
• Demonstrated ability to move freely and perform physical tasks as necessary in delivering care, including standing, walking, bending, and lifting up to 25 pounds.
• A minimum of two years of relevant clinical experience, preferably in outpatient mental health settings.

Preferred Experience

• Experience with telehealth services and digital documentation systems preferred.
• Familiarity with community-based health programs and interdisciplinary teamwork highly advantageous.
• Proven ability to manage a diverse caseload and provide high-quality patient care.

Compensation and Benefits

The salary for this role ranges from USD 90,000 to 105,000 annually, complemented by a robust benefits package.
