• Conduct comprehensive client assessments to identify mental health challenges and formulate individualized treatment plans, ensuring that each client's unique needs are addressed.

• Implement teletherapy solutions to facilitate remote sessions, ensuring accessibility for clients who face mobility or transportation challenges.
• Maintain accurate and thorough documentation of sessions and treatment plans to uphold ethical standards and comply with industry requirements.
• Participate in ongoing professional development activities to enhance clinical skills and remain current with emerging trends in mental health treatment.

In this role, you will engage with a diverse range of clients including individuals, couples, families, and children, providing tailored support to address a variety of challenges. Your ability to connect with clients from different backgrounds will play a critical role in fostering trust and facilitating effective therapy.

• A Master’s Degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field.
• A current state-issued license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
• A minimum of 2 years of full-time counseling experience in a mental health setting.
• Experience working with a wide range of client demographics, including children, teens, couples, and families.

• Previous work experience in a community health clinic or similar environment.
• Proficiency in telehealth technologies and virtual counseling frameworks.
• Demonstrated ability to work within multidisciplinary teams and contribute to collaborative goals.
